What to Expect?

If you are an Employer hiring
1. If you would like us to draft an employment contract for your business, we will first have a chat with you relating to your industry, seniority of the role and the general employment conditions you would like to set.
2. We will also look at government rules and policies, such as Fair Work regulations and industry awards, to determine what is the best solution for you.
3. We will then create an employment contract template that you can use throughout your organisation.
4. If you have a more complicated corporate structure, we will also create a few variations of employment contract templates for you to use in different scenarios.
If you are an Employee
1. If you have an existing employment contract, we can revise and advise you on the current terms and any obligations you may be bound by, including on how you may leave employment and if there are any restrictions on leaving the current employer.
2. We will also have a chat with you relating to your concerns or your plans, so that we can better advise you on what you may or may not do under the employment terms.
3. We will then advise you on any recommended changes to the employment contract and assist you with contract negotiations.
If you are an Employee
